just tease the top like in the videos,and try to get it as big as possible, try to wear hair extentions if you can but if you cant, just wait for it to grow…

I am 13 too… I have long hair though. Well, you should tease it and make it as big as you can/want. You can add color highlights (or lowlights if you are blonde like me.) and if they are too long, you can simply cut them. ^_^ You could add bows and other hair accessories….I hope this helps…good luck.

I honestly wish I was able to do this. Sadly I went on holiday and I’m a idiot and don’t speak Turkish so my hairdresser did my hair so wrong… And my hair is an aweful dirty brown-blonde shade D’x Must get rid of all the thin layers, get tons of extensions and be myself again
